Tumbler Care Instructions

Hand Wash Only
- Sublimation tumblers should typically be hand-washed only, using mild dish soap and warm water. Avoid using abrasive sponges or brushes that could scratch or damage the surface.

Avoid Dishwashers
- Our advice and that of the manufacturer both say these Tumblers should not be put in a dishwasher for these reasons. The dishwasher's heat could harm the tumbler's vacuum seal, which means it might not keep your drinks at the right temperature for as long as it should.

Do Not Microwave
- As with dishwashers, the high temperatures in a microwave can damage the tumbler and its design. Moreover, many sublimation tumblers are made of materials that are not microwave-safe.

Avoid Extreme Temperatures
- Drastic temperature changes can affect the tumbler’s structure and the adhesion of the design. Avoid using the tumbler for boiling hot beverages or freezing cold drinks.

Gentle Handling - Take care when using and transporting your tumbler. Dropping it can cause damage not just to the physical integrity of the tumbler but may also impact the quality of the sublimated design.

Do Not Soak - Avoid soaking sublimation tumblers for prolonged periods. Prolonged exposure to water, especially hot water, can potentially weaken the design’s adhesion to the tumbler’s surface.

Dry Thoroughly - After washing, make sure to dry your tumbler thoroughly with a soft cloth to prevent water spots and to maintain the integrity of the design.

Use for Intended Purpose - Sublimation tumblers are typically designed to hold beverages. Using them to store or transport other substances might damage the interior coating or the design of the exterior. <

- When not in use, store your tumbler in a dry, cool place out of direct sunlight to prevent design fading.
