Thank you for shopping with Handcrafted Keepsake Gifts. We carefully prepare each order and work to ship it as quickly as possible.

Free Shipping in the United States

Orders of $150 or more shipped within the United States qualify for free standard shipping. There are no weight limits or restrictions on the number of items in a qualifying order.

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

For the products currently offered on our Site, personalized orders generally ship within 3 to 5 business days after the final digital proof is approved. If a proof is not required, processing begins after we receive the complete order and personalization details.

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We do not pack or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.

During periods of high demand or when an unexpected issue affects production, processing may take longer. If a material delay occurs, we will notify you and provide the options required by applicable law.

Shipping Carriers and Tracking

We ship orders through UPS, USPS, or FedEx. When available for the selected shipping method, tracking information is sent after the order ships.

Carrier delivery times are estimates. Weather, holidays, carrier volume, and other events outside our control can delay delivery after a package has shipped. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@handcraftedkeepsakegifts.com so we can help review the issue.

Estimated Delivery Time

After an order is processed and shipped, standard or free-shipping packages typically arrive within 3 to 4 business days. Delivery times may be longer during holidays or periods of unusually high carrier volume.

Faster Shipping Options

USPS Priority Mail, UPS, FedEx, or other faster shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional charge.

Selecting a faster shipping method speeds the carrier's transit time. It does not necessarily shorten the time needed to prepare a personalized or made-to-order product. USPS Priority Mail delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed by USPS.
